Manager/Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Role & responsibilities** We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions across mid to senior management levels. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while partnering closely with business leaders to meet organizational manpower requirements. **Industry Preference:** Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Sector **Notice not more than 45 days** - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. - Handle hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, and other corporate functions. - Source candidates through consultants, job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. - Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies. - Conduct initial screening, candidate assessments, salary negotiations, and offer management. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions. - Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and ensure timely closures. - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to management. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. **Preferred candidate profile** - 8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Proven experience in hiring both technical and non-technical professionals. - Exposure to mid-level and senior-level hiring. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and sourcing skills. - Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
