Manager/Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions across mid to senior management levels. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while partnering closely with business leaders to meet organizational manpower requirements. Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Sector Notice not more than 45 days • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. • Handle hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, and other corporate functions. • Source candidates through consultants, job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies. • Conduct initial screening, candidate assessments, salary negotiations, and offer management. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions. • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and ensure timely closures. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to management. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Preferred candidate profile • 8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. • Proven experience in hiring both technical and non-technical professionals. • Exposure to mid-level and senior-level hiring. • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and sourcing skills. • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
