JOB DESCRIPTION I.JOB DETAILS Job Title Assistant Manager MECP) - Sales & Marketing Reporting Supervisor -Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing II.JOB PURPOSE To demonstrate sales skills in driving MECP Business, planning, organizing and executing sales activities. III.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities Responsible for MECP revenue achievement as per the annual budgets for the specified territory. Responsible for driving patient footfalls and new patient registrations for the hospitals through channel. Responsible for increase in demographic revenue from the allocated area. Prepare annual MECP plan and ensure timely on ground execution as per the plan. Manage the MECP sales and marketing spends as per the expense budget and measure and deliver ROI on activations done. Manage existing relationships with MECP doctors and ensure new activations as per the plan. Work closely with clinicians to plan, execute and communicate the business development activities to drive additional footfalls and business. Work on strategy to increase preferred Specialty mix and key procedures business in the revenue mix. Ensure updated competition mapping for the Unit for the territory Ensure Sales Force Compliance and review same and update in weekly/ monthly meetings. IV.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables Overall Revenue for the territory Key Procedures & key specialty revenue mix Managing MECP expenditure Salesforce compliance V.JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications Graduate / MBA in Marketing Experience Preferably 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
