Job description

Job Location : Baner or Balewadi Designation: Assistant Manager MEP KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems of the project (Commercial Projects) • To prepare detailed BOQ • Checking the BOQ of consultant & preparing purchase requisition • Planning and design in the areas of MEP systems including developing standards and inspection procedures for MEP matters • Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc. • Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to design aspects related to MEP. • Review and provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems KEY SKILLS: • Excellent administration & execution skills • Effective technical skills • Command on verbal & written communication Share CV on deepika.baby@kraheja.com
