Role & responsibilities • Roles & Responsibilities:-Lead and manage a team of recruiters for Ground Staff / Blue Collar Hiring. • End-to-end recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing & Onboarding. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, field hiring & vendors. • Handle high-volume hiring and ensure timely closures. • Stakeholder management with Hiring Managers. • Maintain recruitment tracker, database and daily hiring reports. • Drive team performance and achieve hiring SLAs Preferred candidate profile • Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Bulk / Blue Collar / Ground Staff hiring. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Team Handling (5-10 members). • Strong knowledge of mass hiring channels. • Excellent communication & leadership skills. • Must be available for Work From Office, Gurugram. • Immediate joiners will be preferred. • Male candidate only
