Associate Director - IT Infrastructure

Key Skills: IT Infrastructure, Network operation, Leadership, Network Security, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Cyber Security, CICD Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead cloud engineering and network operations teams across hybrid infrastructure environments. • Own service availability, performance, security, and SLA compliance for critical infrastructure services. • Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud migration, landing zone design, and network transformation. • Establish governance for incident, problem, change, and major incident management. • Partner with security, architecture, and executive leadership teams to define standards, guardrails, and operating models. Skills Required: • 20+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, and/or network operations. • Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and network operations leadership. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure cloud environments, and hybrid cloud operating models. • Proven ability to manage security, governance, resilience, and service reliability across large-scale platforms. • Experience leading infrastructure teams, driving operational discipline, and supporting enterprise service delivery. Good to Have: • CI/CD automation experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
