**Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Lead to take charge of our data visualization and reporting initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in translating complex data into actionable insights, empowering our business with the information it needs to make strategic decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, leveraging your deep understanding of BI tools and data analysis techniques to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing data models and queries, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and staying abreast of the latest BI trends and technologies. If you have a proven track record in BI and a passion for data-driven decision-making, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports, utilizing tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources for accurate and timely reports. - Optimize data models, queries, and reports to ensure high performance and scalability. - Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions and data visualization frameworks. - Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns, supporting strategic business decisions. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI deliverables. - Work closely with data engineering and warehousing teams for seamless data integration and accessibility. - Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and report interpretation. - Stay updated with BI trends, data visualization best practices, and emerging technologies. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Reporting. - Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Strong SQL skills and experience with data querying and database management. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Proficiency in DAX, MDX, or other BI-related scripting languages. - Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and analytics principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage. **About The Team** eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
