**Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Associate Program Manager to join our team and drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the technical architecture and guiding our engineering teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring our AI initiatives drive real business value. **Responsibilities** - Define and oversee the end-to-end architecture for AI, Generative AI, and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance, setting the standard for best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Architect and optimize data pipelines, ETL workflows, and AI-powered data retrieval systems for efficient data management. - Design and implement scalable API integrations with enterprise systems and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity. - Evaluate and recommend AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies, staying updated with emerging trends and innovations. - Define and enforce security, scalability, performance, monitoring, and governance standards for all AI solutions. - Guide and mentor engineering teams through solution development, deployment, and ongoing production support. - Drive innovation initiatives, lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), and manage AI transformation programs to stay at the forefront of technology. - Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints for internal and client-facing purposes. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field is required. - Hands-on experience in developing and architecting Generative AI applications is essential. - Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and relational databases is a must, with advanced proficiency preferred. - Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra) and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma) is advantageous. - A solid understanding of Caching technologies (e.g., Redis) and ETL/Data Engineering pipelines is expected. - Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Tool Calling, and AI Agents is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of Data Science, Statistics, and Machine Learning concepts is essential for this role. - AI/Cloud certifications are an added advantage, demonstrating a commitment to staying updated with industry trends. - Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is preferred, ensuring efficient project management. - Exposure to reporting and dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI is beneficial for data visualization. **About The Team** eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
