Job Summary CBRE is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Operator to support workplace and infrastructure projects at a client location in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD drafting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Qualification • Architectural Draftsman / Graduate in Interior Designing Experience • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience Working Hours • General Shift • 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Key Skills & Requirements • Sound knowledge of the latest Architectural AutoCAD software. • Good communication skills with the ability to interact extensively with regional stakeholders. • Expertise in MS Office applications, including: • MS Project • MS Word • MS PowerPoint • MS Excel • Ability to prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations. • Good knowledge of civil works will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and update architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD. • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to incorporate design changes. • Maintain drawing records and documentation. • Support project planning and reporting through presentations and project documentation. • Assist in site coordination and review of civil and interior work drawings.
