Automation Engineer

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage all automated machinery and production lines for manufacturing LED products. - Ensure that all automation systems are running at optimal performance levels to meet production targets. - Analyze and optimize automated manufacturing processes to reduce cycle times, improve efficiency, and minimize defects. - Implement advanced automation technologies like IoT-enabled devices, AI-based predictive analytics, and robotics to enhance productivity. - Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime. - Quickly address technical issues in automated machines (e.g., pick-and-place, soldering, SMT machines) to maintain seamless operations. - Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of new automated equipment. - Recommend and lead projects to upgrade or replace outdated equipment. - Monitor and control automation processes to ensure consistent quality in LED products. - Ensure machines adhere to industry standards and manufacturing tolerances for LED components.
