Job description

Java Support 4-7 years- Location --Dehradun • Provide L1 support for Java-based applications in production environments • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues proactively • Analyze logs, debug code, and resolve technical problems • Handle incident management, service requests, and change requests • Work closely with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures • Ensure SLA adherence and timely issue resolution • Maintain technical documentation and support runbooks • Perform deployments and environment support when required if interested please share your profile at madhvia@hexaware.com
