**Java Support** **4-7 years-** **Location --Dehradun** - Provide **L1 support** for Java-based applications in production environments - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues proactively - Analyze logs, debug code, and resolve technical problems - Handle incident management, service requests, and change requests - Work closely with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements - Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures - Ensure SLA adherence and timely issue resolution - Maintain technical documentation and support runbooks - Perform deployments and environment support when required if interested please share your profile at madhvia@hexaware.com
