**.Net Production Support** **4-8 years** **Dehradun** **WFO-5 days** Job description Build sound understanding of the supported application estate. • Resolve Support Tickets in a timely manner. • Incident Management • Service Request Fulfillment • Monitor Application Performance & Batch Jobs • Independent triaging capabilities. • Ability to work directly with Customer IT / Business Teams as required. Role • Application Support Specialist - Microsoft Relevant Experience • 4 to 8 years in supporting applications developed using Microsoft .NET technology stack Responsibilities • Build sound understanding of the supported application estate. • Resolve Support Tickets in a timely manner. • Incident Management • Service Request Fulfillment • Monitor Application Performance & Batch Jobs • Independent triaging capabilities. • Ability to work directly with Customer IT / Business Teams as required. • Good analytical skills for effective troubleshooting & problem-solving. • Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management. • Work on Minor Enhancements • Keep documentation current and prepare SOPs for routine tasks. • Please share profiles at madhvia@hexaware.com
