Role & responsibilities • To type accurate discharge summary of IPD patients of floors. • To type accurate and timely investigation reports & feeding of investigation in HIS. • To effectively coordinate for timely completion of all discharge summary of IPD patients. • To comply with the service quality process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area. • To comply with patient safety policy. • To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
