Its mission is to give every individual in India the confidence to access the best healthcare. **Role Description** The Branch Head is responsible for leading and managing the Kochi branch, ensuring achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This full-time, on-site role includes overseeing branch performance, developing and implementing local sales and growth strategies, and driving health insurance product penetration in the market. The Branch Head will mentor and guide the branch team, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards. Daily activities include reviewing sales pipelines, monitoring service levels, resolving escalated customer issues, coordinating with regional and corporate teams, and preparing performance reports and forecasts. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, strengthening distributor and partner networks, and promoting a customer-centric culture within the branch. **Qualifications** - Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development. - Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in health insurance, financial services, or related sectors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with customers, partners, and internal teams. - Solid understanding of branch operations, compliance, and governance, with the ability to manage processes and mitigate risks. - Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including proficiency in using data and reports to drive decisions and improve performance. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and long-term relationship building. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. - Prior experience in managing a branch or business unit, preferably in the Kochi or Kerala market, is highly beneficial.
