Roles and Responsibility • Manage and supervise the branch team to achieve business objectives and goals. • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements • Proven experience in management and leadership, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. • Location - Mumbai (Vasai), Surat, Rajkot, Pune (Chakan), Ahmedabad (Oodhav)
