Key Skills: Corporate Banking, Business Analyst, Mobile Banking, Digital banking, BRD Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts across multiple banking initiatives. • Drive requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation for corporate banking and digital channel programs. • Translate business needs into BRDs, functional requirements, and solution-ready specifications. • Coordinate with product, technology, operations, and business teams to ensure requirement alignment and delivery readiness. • Define business analysis standards, review quality of deliverables, and support project execution across banking journeys. Skills Required: • 12-15 years of total experience, including 8+ years in business analysis and 5+ years in corporate banking. • Strong business analysis experience with hands-on delivery in corporate banking and digital banking environments. • Deep understanding of corporate banking journeys, including cash management, treasury services, trade finance, payments, and client onboarding. • Experience with internet banking, mobile banking, and API banking channels in a banking product or transformation setting. • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Good to Have: • BRD preparation and structured requirements documentation experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
