Job description

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and internal teams, to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. - Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. - Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. - Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards. - Create and maintain clear and detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows. - Write and maintain functional design and documentation. - Develop and update project documentation, including business cases, use cases, and functional specifications. - Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and developers, ensuring the determination of various integrations, flows, and dependencies of features across the product. - Review functional design documents, user stories, and other functional artifacts to ensure alignment with business needs. - Develop new test scripts, modify existing scripts, run test scripts, and log defects. - Perform system testing. - Conduct testing of existing capabilities. - Work with the technical team in defect resolution. - Make necessary updates to the system and training documentation. - Confirm the transfer of knowledge as necessary throughout the project. - Resolve customer issues. - Build product knowledge. - Work with the delivery/development teams by driving towards the product roadmap. **Must-Have Skills:** Functional analytical skills, Business Analysis, Proactive Collaboration and Communication skills **Good-to-Have Skills** Business Analysis on HR systems
