Business Analyst-HR or HCM Knowledge

Job description

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and internal teams, to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards. • Create and maintain clear and detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows. • Write and maintain functional design and documentation. • Develop and update project documentation, including business cases, use cases, and functional specifications. • Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and developers, ensuring the determination of various integrations, flows, and dependencies of features across the product. • Review functional design documents, user stories, and other functional artifacts to ensure alignment with business needs. • Develop new test scripts, modify existing scripts, run test scripts, and log defects. • Perform system testing. • Conduct testing of existing capabilities. • Work with the technical team in defect resolution. • Make necessary updates to the system and training documentation. • Confirm the transfer of knowledge as necessary throughout the project. • Resolve customer issues. • Build product knowledge. • Work with the delivery/development teams by driving towards the product roadmap.
