**About the Role** We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Analyst who has closely worked with business stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to drive strategic decision-making. This is not a pure data analyst role; we are specifically seeking candidates who can bridge the gap between business and data by translating business challenges into actionable insights and solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with business teams to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities, and drive business outcomes. - Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for business performance tracking. - **Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams.** - Translate business requirements into data models, analytical frameworks, and process improvements. - Automate reporting and business processes using SQL, Excel, and Python. - Monitor key business KPIs and recommend optimization strategies. - Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and strategic insights. **Required Skills** - Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Automation). - Proficiency in SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Data Manipulation, Query Optimization). - Working knowledge of Python for analytics and automation. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and solve real business problems. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. **Eligibility Criteria** - 2 - 3 years of experience in Business Analyst roles with significant exposure to business stakeholders. - Candidates should have worked on business problem-solving, process optimization, strategy, operations, product analytics, or growth-related projects. - Graduates from Tier-1 institutes preferred (IITs, Top NITs, BITS, IIITs, and other premier institutes). - Strong academic background with demonstrated analytical capabilities. **What We're Looking For** - Business-focused analysts, not candidates limited to reporting or data extraction activities. - Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently. - Curiosity, structured thinking, and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred. **Why Join Us** - High-impact role with direct exposure to leadership. - Opportunity to solve real business challenges and influence decision-making. - Fast-paced learning environment with strong career growth opportunities.
