**Role & responsibilities** Preferably Graduate/Post Graduate Mandatory candidate should have 2-wheeler license. Age: below 27 years. Job Description: - PreDisbursement Activities (Before Loan Approval) - Visiting Industrial Area regularly. - Being present at Industrial events, sales camps, and local promotional activities (microlevel events). - Generating new customers through outdoor promotions, finance campaigns. - Getting leads through customer referrals and dealer references. - Conduct field investigation by physically visiting customer residences or workplaces to verify details. - Regular interaction with Clients to explain loan schemes and offers. - Collecting customer details and documents by meeting customers in person. - This phase requires daily travel, outdoor movement, and facetoface interaction. Disbursement Activities (Loan Processing & Payment) • Helping customers fill loan applications and explaining the process . • Collecting necessary documents . • Coordinating with internal teams for loan approval. • Ensuring timely payment of the loan amount once approvals are completed. Recovery & Followups - Meeting customers in person for payment followups when required. - Updating collection status and account details using mobile-based systems. **Preferred candidate profile** Fresher -Graduate /Post Graduate . Age :26 location: Mumbai, Pune, Rajkot, Ahmedabad ,Chakan Pimpri & Surat.
