Roles and Responsibilities • Manage farm equipment finance business, including tractor loans and agriculture sales. • Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue growth. • Identify potential clients for Swaraj Tractors and provide solutions for their farming needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the rural finance space. Desired Candidate Profile • 1-3 years of experience in agribusiness, agriculture sales, or related fields (NBFC). • Strong understanding of farm equipment financing products such as tractor loans. • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets.
