Job description

**Role & responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to prospective students and understand their educational requirements. - Handle walk-in inquiries at the center and provide accurate course information and guidance. - Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. - Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified admissions through effective counselling. - Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM/system. - Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversions. **Preferred candidate profile:** - Experience in working in offline centers. - Experience in EdTech, education counselling, or admission sales. - Exposure to lead management and conversion processes.
