Job description

Role & responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective students and understand their educational requirements. • Handle walk-in inquiries at the center and provide accurate course information and guidance. • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified admissions through effective counselling. • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM/system. • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversions. Preferred candidate profile: • Experience in working in offline centers. • Experience in EdTech, education counselling, or admission sales. • Exposure to lead management and conversion processes.
