Job description

**Key Responsibilities** **Network & Infrastructure Management** - Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including: - Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless networks - Ubiquiti networking equipment and wireless solutions - Configure and troubleshoot LAN, wireless, and internet connectivity issues. - Monitor network performance, security, and availability. - Implement network upgrades, patches, and best practices. **Microsoft Cloud Administration** - Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including: - Exchange Online - SharePoint Online - Microsoft Teams - OneDrive - Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including: - User provisioning and deprovisioning - Group management - Single Sign-On (SSO) - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Conditional Access policies - Support and administer Microsoft Azure resources and services. - Assist with Microsoft licensing and tenant administration. **Cybersecurity & Compliance** - Maintain and strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture. - Monitor security alerts and respond to potential threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents. - Administer security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection, email security, and identity management. - Assist with cybersecurity awareness initiatives and end-user training. - Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and remediation efforts. - Ensure compliance with company security policies, standards, and best practices. **User Lifecycle Management** - Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities. - Create, modify, and disable user accounts and permissions. - Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and user records. - Ensure timely and secure access management throughout the employee lifecycle. **Help Desk & End User Support** - Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support for end users. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues. - Manage support requests through Freshworks/Freshdesk. - Utilize Atera or similar RMM tools for monitoring, automation, and endpoint management. - Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues when necessary. - Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to both technical and non-technical users. **Telecommunications** - Administer and support VoIP phone systems. - Troubleshoot call quality, routing, provisioning, and handset issues. - Coordinate with telecom vendors to resolve service-related issues. **Documentation & Process Improvement** - Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures. - Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, security, and operational efficiency. - Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, system implementations, and technology rollouts. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the IT organization. **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in Network Administration, Systems Administration, or a related IT infrastructure role. - Experience supporting remote users and distributed multi-site environments. - Strong experience with: - Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Azure - Microsoft Intune - Cisco Meraki - Ubiquiti networking solutions - VoIP phone systems - Freshworks/Freshdesk - Atera or similar RMM platforms - Strong cybersecurity knowledge, including identity and access management, endpoint security, phishing protection, email security, and security best practices. - Advanced troubleshooting skills across networking, systems, cloud technologies, and end-user technologies. - Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and support requests in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management. - Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. - Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, and security monitoring tools. - Industry certifications such as: - Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist - CompTIA Network+ - CompTIA Security+ - Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate - Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate **Skills & Competencies** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer service orientation and professionalism. - Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Strong cybersecurity mindset and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable. - Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.**Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile** **Perks and benefits**
