Job Title: Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist / Manager Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai Experience: 5–10 Years Job Description We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing compensation structures, employee benefits programs, salary benchmarking, HR analytics, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits processes. • Conduct salary benchmarking and market compensation analysis. • Support annual compensation reviews, salary revisions, promotions, and bonus cycles. • Design and administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, PF, gratuity, and other welfare schemes. • Analyze compensation data and provide insights to leadership for decision-making. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. • Partner with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams on compensation-related matters. • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS related to compensation and benefits. • Support budgeting, workforce planning, and headcount analysis. • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the C&B function. Required Skills & Qualifications • MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or a related field. • 5–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or HR Analytics. • Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration. • Experience working with HRMS and advanced Excel. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of labor laws, PF, gratuity, and statutory compliance. • Experience in the BFSI/Financial Services sector will be preferred.
