We Are Hiring Associate Technology Support Location: Chennai Experience: 2+ Years Preference: Immediate Joiners We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Technology Team as an Associate – Technology Support. If you have experience in application support, troubleshooting, incident management, and production support, this could be a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Skills Required: Application / Production Support Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Java & Python Strong understanding of SQL & Databases Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments & scripting Experience with ticketing & incident management tools Knowledge of SDLC, APIs, batch jobs, and integration workflows Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills Preferred: Exposure to Agile / ITIL processes Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, or automation scripts Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
