**Customer Service Executive Chat Support** **Location:** Gurgaon **Department:** Customer Experience **Job Responsibilities:** - Handle customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and products. - Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and empathetic resolutions. - Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups. - Maintain chat quality, response time, and productivity targets. - Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system. **Requirements:** - Graduate in any discipline. - 0–3 years of experience in customer support/chat process (e-commerce experience preferred). - Excellent written English and typing skills. - Good problem-solving and communication abilities. - Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
