Key Skills: Program Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Delivery, Program Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Delivery, Program Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Delivery Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of technology rollouts across audit business units. • Coordinate pilots, proof-of-concepts, and early access programmes to validate solutions before wider release. • Develop adoption strategies covering stakeholder engagement, onboarding, training, and feedback loops. • Track adoption metrics and KPIs, identify barriers to usage, and drive targeted interventions. • Partner with product, engineering, change, and training teams to align delivery with end-user workflows and regional requirements. Skills Required: • 10-14 years of relevant experience in technology delivery, programme delivery, or change management. • Strong program management and technical program management experience in complex delivery environments. • Experience leading technology delivery for AI/ML, data science, or analytics initiatives. • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate rollout across multiple business units. • Experience with agile delivery methods and structured change management approaches. Good to Have: • Project management experience. • Exposure to ADKAR or Kotter change management frameworks. • Experience in audit, assurance, or professional services environments. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or a related field.
