**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Source customer from field and open market - Digital Business Loan Lending - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. - Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base. - Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance. **Job Requirements :** - 0-5 years of experience in banking sales, preferably in areas such as CASA sales, credit card sales, loan sales, microfinance, or personal loans. - Strong understanding of business loan products and services offered by banks. - Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
