Roles and Responsibilities : • Source customer from field and open market • Digital Business Loan Lending • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base. • Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance. Job Requirements : • 0-5 years of experience in banking sales, preferably in areas such as CASA sales, credit card sales, loan sales, microfinance, or personal loans. • Strong understanding of business loan products and services offered by banks. • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
