Organization: - Jubilant Ingrevia Limited Designation : - Digital Lead- Manufacturing Location: - Noida, Corporate Office Role & responsibilities Job Summary: Digital Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation agenda across manufacturing operations. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating plant-level challenges into scalable digital solutions. This role requires ownership of the digital roadmap, governance of program execution, and ensuring measurable value realization. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives, enable data-driven decision-making, and drive adoption of digital solutions to achieve operational excellence, productivity improvements, and sustainable impact. Job Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Roadmap Execution • Own and drive execution of the digital manufacturing roadmap aligned with business priorities. • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value digital use cases across plants. • Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with operational goals such as productivity, quality, cost, and sustainability. Business Analysis & Solution Translation • Act as a techno-functional business partner to manufacturing teams by understanding plant pain points and operational challenges. • Translate business requirements into structured deliverables including process maps (current/future state), user stories, and solution blueprints. • Define success criteria, adoption frameworks, and governance mechanisms for digital use cases. Program Governance & Delivery Excellence • Establish strong governance for end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. • Drive execution hygiene across initiatives including requirement sign-offs, cost estimation, vendor onboarding, NDA closure, and procurement processes (PR/PO management). • Ensure timely and quality delivery of digital solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as a central coordinator across plant teams, operations, IT, automation, data science teams, and external vendors. • Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to ensure seamless delivery. • Facilitate alignment between business needs and technology capabilities. Value Realisation & Adoption • Ensure baseline definition, tracking, and validation of business benefits from digital initiatives. • Drive plant-level adoption through structured change management, user engagement, and training programs. • Monitor solution usage and ensure sustained value realization post-implementation The Person: • Educational Qualifications: • B. Tech (Chemical/ Instrument/Electrical/ Electronics & Communication) • MBA/ PGDBM preferred • Experience: • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, or industrial technology roles • Proven experience in leading digital initiatives in manufacturing environments • Strong exposure to cross-functional program delivery and stakeholder management • Technical Skills: (Preferred) • Data Historian, Golden Batch Analytics, AI/ML, MES, RPA/Bots, IIOT, Predictive Maintenance, OPC Integration, Industrial Automation platforms • Domain Experience: Manufacturing, Pharma, Nutrition, Industrial Automation Preferred candidate profile
