Role requirement is current role working as Manager Digital Marketing, comfortable working 5 days from office and US Shift timings. **Responsibilities** **Tools & Technology** - Project tools: Asana, Trello, Jira - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media, email platforms) **Critical Skills Required** - Team management (50 members) - Advanced Excel & data analysis - Adobe InDesign & catalog experience - JIRA, content & website management - Six Sigma / Green Belt (required) - Strong communication & stakeholder management **👤 Candidate Specification** - Strong analytical & decision-making skills - US Shift timings - 5 Days work from office - Ability to work under pressure **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Advertising / Communications / Business Administration - Master’s degree or Project Management certification (preferred) - 8+ years of delivery experience - 5+ years of team handling experience
