**Role:** Delivery Manager **Band:** Manager **Location:** Pune **Work Model:** 5 days’ work from office **Shift:** US shift, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, with flexibility to extend as needed. **Meeting Objective** To align on the hiring requirement for the Delivery Manager – role, including mandatory skills, preferred candidate background, shift expectations, sourcing pool, and interview evaluation focus areas. **Key Skills and Experience Required** - Strong experience in delivery management, SLA governance, KPI tracking, SOP governance, and client/stakeholder management. - Hands-on exposure to report building, dashboards, advanced Excel, Macros/VBA, and data-driven performance reporting. - Experience in Adobe InDesign, marketing catalog operations, fashion catalog processes, ecommerce backend/content operations, and creative services delivery. - Knowledge of SMS/email marketing, content writing workflows, campaign support, and multi-stakeholder client communication. - Six Sigma or Green Belt certification is preferred - Experience managing 50+ team size is preferred - Candidate should be able to operate both as an individual contributor and as a people manager, depending on business need. **Preferred Candidate Background** - Ideal candidates should come from domains or companies such as marketing agencies, ecommerce operations, retail/fashion catalog operations, or similar creative/marketing delivery environments. - Experience in catalog management for the fashion industry and 360-degree marketplace/ecommerce operations will be an added advantage. **Work Model and Joining Expectations** - The role requires 5 days work from office in Pune. - Shift timing will be 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, with flexibility to extend during business requirements. - Candidates should be comfortable working in US shifts. - Long leaves before joining should be checked in advance. - No planned leaves should be allowed during the first 3 months after joining. - Hiring timeline can go up to 120 days; however, immediate joiners or candidates with lesser notice periods will be prioritized basis candidate availability by the TA team. Mandatory - Mandatory skills, including Adobe InDesign, marketing catalog, ecommerce/content operations, advanced Excel, dashboards, SLA/KPI/SOP governance, and Six Sigma/Green Belt. - Marketing agencies, ecommerce, and retail/fashion catalog backgrounds, while noting that availability of candidates with 50+ FTE team-management experience may be limited for this niche skill set.
