Job Summary: The Regional Marketing PMO Lead – GNPL & S&OP Excellence is accountable for driving end-to-end execution discipline, coordination, governance, and transparency across the regional Global New Product Launch (GNPL), New Product Launch (NPL), and S&OP processes across Europe & MECA. The role ensures that launch-related data, milestones, decisions, risks, and cross-functional actions are structured, tracked, and escalated in a disciplined way, enabling Marketing teams to focus on business strategy, demand generation, customer engagement, and commercial impact. Job Responsibilities: End-to-End GNPL and NPL Process Management • Own the coordination and governance of GNPL and NPL process execution across all relevant stages, from launch definition through readiness, commercialization, and post-launch follow-up. • Ensure all NPLs are fully defined, documented, and updated with required information, including launch dates, brand, SKU, packaging, forecast, registration, label approval, and country readiness status. S&OP Preparation, Governance and Meeting Effectiveness • Coordinate preparation for regional marketing S&OP forums by ensuring timely country inputs, complete data, clear risk visibility, and structured pre-read materials. • Improve S&OP effectiveness by shifting meetings from reporting to decision-making, prioritization, issue resolution, and escalation of critical red attention points. SKU Creation and Data Quality Governance • Monitor SKU request pipelines and ensure timely submission, complete templates, and accurate master data requirements for new launches and portfolio changes. • Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Master Data Management, Regulatory, and Finance teams to reduce delays, rework, incomplete submissions, and avoidable back-and-forth. Demand and Forecast Coordination Support • Ensure country and regional teams submit launch volume assumptions, forecast updates, risks, and comments within agreed timelines ahead of S&OP and system updates. • Check completeness and consistency of inputs across countries, products, SKUs, and launch waves, highlighting gaps for correction by accountable teams. Cross-Functional Alignment and Stakeholder Management • Act as the operational coordination point between Regional Marketing, Country Marketing, Global Portfolio, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial Excellence, and other relevant functions. • Ensure clarity of ownership, timelines, dependencies, decisions, and escalation routes across all stakeholders involved in GNPL, NPL, and S&OP execution. Reporting, Dashboards and Business Insights • Develop and maintain practical launch readiness dashboards, risk trackers, action logs, milestone views, and management summaries for GNPL/NPL and S&OP governance. • Translate process data into actionable insights, highlighting risks, delays, decision points, and performance trends rather than providing reporting only. Continuous Improvement and Process Excellence • Identify inefficiencies, duplication, data errors, manual workload, unclear ownership, and process bottlenecks across GNPL, NPL, SKU creation, and S&OP routines. • Propose and implement improvements to workflows, templates, meeting cadence, governance routines, dashboards, and escalation mechanisms. Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. • Master’s degree, MBA, or project management certification preferred. • 6–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, marketing operations, S&OP, supply chain coordination, business operations, or commercial excellence. • Experience in crop protection, agriculture, life sciences, FMCG, chemicals, or another complex product-based industry preferred. • Strong understanding of cross-functional launch processes, milestone governance, data quality, reporting discipline, and matrix stakeholder management. • Proven ability to coordinate multiple countries, functions, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced regional or global environment.
