Roles and Responsibilities • Assemble and install electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and other components according to designs. • Conduct quality control checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts and replacing worn-out components. Desired Candidate Profile • 0-1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly operations preferred but not required. • Diploma holder from any specialization (ITI/NCVT). • Strong understanding of basic mechanical principles and electricity concepts. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
