This role dual-hats strategic growth and financial governance, driving Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Strategy across key business lines: **Professional Talent Services, Operational Talent Services, Randstad Digital, and Enterprise Talent Services.** Additionally, the incumbent will head the Credit Control and Collections function for Randstad India, serving as a critical strategic partner to business leadership to influence high-stakes decisions, optimize cash flows, and spearhead cross-business growth initiatives. **The Position** Manages a team of senior business development professionals and is responsible for the sales opportunity pipeline of operational and professional within India Market Enterprise specialism **Priorities for the Role** **1. Strategic Finance & FP&A Leadership** - **Financial Orchestration:** Direct the FP&A and commercial finance strategies across all specialized business units (Professional, Operational, Digital, and Enterprise Talent Services). - **Strategic Planning:** Drive long-term financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with global frameworks and localized market conditions. - **Performance Management:** Monitor business performance metrics, identify performance gaps, and deliver data-backed recommendations to maximize profitability. **2. Credit Control, Collections & Liquidity Management** - **Cash Flow Optimization:** Lead the national credit control and collection function to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and safeguard working capital. - **Risk Mitigation:** Define credit risk parameters, oversee client creditworthiness assessments, and design robust collection mechanisms to minimize bad debts. - **Liquidity Management:** Ensure highly predictable and optimized cash flow streams to support ongoing business operations and investment strategies. **3. High-Impact Business Partnering** - **Executive Advisory:** Partner closely with the MD, CFO, and Business/Functional Heads to translate complex financial insights into actionable business strategies. - **Commercial Support:** Assist business teams in deal structuring, contract pricing strategies, and margin analysis to secure profitable revenue growth. - **Cross-Functional Synergy:** Lead cross-business financial initiatives that align commercial operations with corporate governance objectives. **4. Advanced Forecasting, Trends & Analytics** - **Market Intelligence:** Track and validate macro and microeconomic trends affecting the staffing and HR solutions industry to anticipate market shifts. - **Predictive Modeling:** Leverage advanced financial tools to build agile scenario-planning models that assist senior leadership in proactive risk and opportunity management. **5. Process Excellence & Digital Transformation** - **Reporting Modernization:** Spearhead the continuous improvement and automation of reporting frameworks, business intelligence dashboards, and analytical tools. - **Data Democraticization:** Ensure business lines have real-time access to accurate, transparent, and actionable financial data. **6.
