Job description

Role & responsibilities • Lead Operational Excellence initiatives, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and process enhancement projects. • Coordinate technology transfer, process engineering, and cross-functional improvement programs. • Monitor cGMP, GDP, SOP compliance, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements. • Ensure adherence to EHS standards, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and organizational policies. • Identify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions with manufacturing, packing, and engineering teams. • Manage budgets for consumables and deliver cost-saving initiatives. • Develop employee capabilities through training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing programs. • Handle SAP activities, SOP format printing/reconciliation, and QMS systems including TrackWise. • Ensure timely completion of training programs and maintain compliance with quality and safety systems. • Utilize SAP, MS Office, TrackWise, Outlook, E-Vault, HR Portal, and other enterprise applications for operational effectiveness. • Collaborate with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement, reliability, and business growth.
