Facility Executive - Soft Services with CBRE (Thane)

Job description

• Reports to Property Manager, client, and Operation Manager • Responsible for all soft services, waste management, horticulture and supervises complete facilities upkeep & cleanliness. • Supervises Housekeeping & Horticulture. • Responsible for Pest control services and pest control schedule management as agreed with client. • Co-ordination with the residents and client for soft services related issues. • Overall maintenance and upkeep of property management office. • Provide schedule of cleaning with job plans and job card and adhere to building cleaning regime. • Implements safe work practices and ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements. • Check & ensure that Housekeeping cleaning schedules and checklists are followed and maintained on-site. • Check the deployment of the team and conduct regular trainings & briefings • Ensure the process and documents are followed and maintained as per IMS standards • Implements safe work practices and ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements. • Ensure that the HK agency is conducting regular training for its staff and maintain those records. • Maintain all HK related checklists & Plan the Deep cleaning schedules • Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client and other reports as required • Manage the AMC contracts and AMC trackers for soft services. • Ensure all consumables are maintained at site as per requirements. • Ensure all TAT for complaints are maintained. • Ensure HK team is equipped with proper Tools, instruments and testing equipment. • Ensure all support staff trainings are conducted as per schedule. • Ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements • Check the deployment and conduct the training & briefing • Ensure critical areas such as Tower lobbies, master common lobbies, club house, main entrance etc. shall be always kept as per performance standards provided.
