Brillio is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing programmes for the BFSI vertical. This role will be responsible for building and executing integrated field marketing, ABM, demand generation, executive engagement, and sales-aligned campaigns for priority BFSI accounts. The role requires strong B2B technology marketing experience, BFSI industry understanding, and the ability to work closely with sales, Client Partners, growth leaders, alliances, and marketing teams to create access, open new buying centres, source pipeline, and accelerate opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in field marketing, ABM, campaign execution, stakeholder mapping, event marketing, CRM/marketing automation, and pipeline reporting. Experience in IT services, consulting, digital transformation, SaaS, or enterprise technology marketing is preferred. Role Title Field Marketing Manager – BFSI Vertical Location Bangalore / Hybrid / Flexible based on business requirements Function Marketing Reporting To Director / Senior Director – Field, Digital & Demand Marketing Role Summary We are looking for a high-impact Field Marketing Manager – BFSI Vertical to drive Brillio’s marketing strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing, and executive engagement programmes for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance accounts. This role will work closely with BFSI vertical leaders, Client Partners, Growth teams, Sales, Alliances, Practice Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations to build and execute integrated marketing programmes that create new demand, open buying centres, accelerate opportunities, and expand relationships within strategic BFSI accounts. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B technology marketing experience, a sharp understanding of BFSI business priorities, strong sales alignment, and the ability to translate industry themes such as AI, data modernisation, customer experience, risk, compliance, cloud, ServiceNow, and digital transformation into pipeline-generating campaigns. Key Responsibilities 1. BFSI Vertical Marketing Strategy • Own and execute the field marketing plan for the BFSI vertical across priority existing accounts and net-new target accounts. • Translate BFSI business priorities into integrated GTM campaigns, account plays, executive engagement programmes, and sales enablement assets. 2. Account-Based Marketing and Demand Generation • Develop and execute ABM programmes for priority BFSI accounts, including account research, buying-centre mapping, persona segmentation, campaign orchestration, and engagement tracking. • Build tailored campaigns for banking, capital markets, cards and payments, insurance, asset and wealth management, and financial services technology buyers. • Drive lead generation, meeting creation, opportunity influence, and measurable pipeline contribution. 3. Sales and Client Partner Alignment • Serve as the primary marketing partner for BFSI sales leaders, Client Partners, and Growth teams. • Build strong working relationships with account teams to understand account plans, whitespace opportunities, active pursuits, competitive context, and stakeholder priorities. • Support account teams with campaign assets, executive briefing materials, personalised outreach messaging, account intelligence, deal-specific proof points, and event follow-up plans. • Help sales teams expand into new lines of business, buying centres, and decision-maker groups within existing BFSI accounts. 4. Executive Engagement and Field Programmes • Plan and execute high-value BFSI field programmes such as CXO roundtables, private dinners, innovation forums, account-specific workshops, alliance-led events, and industry conferences. • Manage end-to-end field programme execution including audience strategy, invitee lists, messaging, speaker coordination, sales alignment, logistics, follow-up plans, and ROI tracking. • Partner with leadership and subject-matter experts to deliver compelling BFSI narratives and differentiated Brillio points of view. 5. Campaign Content and Messaging • Work with content, design, practice marketing, and solution teams to develop BFSI-specific assets such as POVs, solution briefs, case studies, executive emails, campaign landing pages, event themes, pitch narratives, and social content. • Build messaging around BFSI transformation themes including: • AI-led banking and insurance transformation 6. Marketing Operations, Measurement and Reporting • Track and report campaign performance across engagement, MQLs, meetings, opportunities, pipeline influenced, pipeline sourced, opportunity acceleration, and revenue impact. • Use platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Demandbase/ABM tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics dashboards, and intent platforms to manage campaigns and measure outcomes. 7. Alliance and Partner Marketing • Collaborate with strategic alliance teams to build BFSI-focused partner campaigns with platforms such as Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other relevant ecosystem partners. • Identify partner-led entry points into strategic BFSI accounts and build joint value propositions, campaign themes, and executive engagement motions. • Support co-marketing programmes, joint events, solution showcases, partner webinars, and account-specific alliance plays. Required Experience and Qualifications • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT services, consulting, digital transformation, SaaS, technology, or enterprise services. • Strong experience in field marketing, vertical marketing, demand generation, ABM, or integrated campaign management. • Experience working with BFSI clients or marketing to banking, financial services, insurance, capital markets, payments, asset management, or wealth management audiences. • Proven ability to partner with sales and Client Partner teams to build marketing
