Team members join a growing organization focused on expanding responsible financial access across diverse communities. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Field Officer role based in Prayagraj. The Field Officer will engage with customers in assigned territories to promote loan products, explain eligibility criteria, and support applicants through the documentation and approval process. The role involves regular field visits to assess customer needs, perform basic credit evaluations, collect and verify documents, and ensure timely follow-up for disbursements and repayments. The Field Officer will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, coordinate with branch and back-office teams, and support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position also includes responsibility for building strong local relationships, resolving customer queries, and contributing to business growth targets while maintaining ethical lending practices. **Qualifications** - Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and clearly with diverse customers. - Basic financial understanding, including loan products, repayment structures, and risk awareness in retail and rural lending. - Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and confident presentation of product information. - Good organizational and time management capabilities to handle field visits, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently. - Comfort with on-the-ground work, including frequent travel within assigned areas and interaction with local communities. - Ability to use smartphones and basic computer applications for data entry, reporting, and coordination with branch staff. - Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is an advantage. - Prior experience in field sales, microfinance, or consumer lending is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners. - Integrity, accountability, and a commitment to responsible lending and compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
