The role involves meeting customers face-to-face, promoting insurance products, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships within assigned territories. Candidates should be comfortable with field travel and working in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities • Travel within assigned territories to meet prospective customers and generate leads. • Conduct face-to-face meetings and sales presentations. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products. • Explain product features, benefits, and policy details effectively. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups. • Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
