Job description

Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end statutory compliance including: • GST: Filing returns, reconciling input/output credits, and ensuring timely payments • TDS: Deduction, deposit, and filing of returns as per applicable laws • Income Tax: Assisting in computations, compliance, and coordination with auditors • PF & ESIC: Timely contributions, reconciliation, and return filing • Professional Tax and other state/local statutory compliances • Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger entries • Process vendor payments and manage employee reimbursements • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities for audits and assessments • Monitor bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flows • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and taxation laws Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce • 1–3 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations • Hands-on experience with Tally or other accounting software • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy • Good communication skills for liaising with auditors, vendors, and employees Preferred • Experience in a startup, NBFC, or fintech environment • Ability to manage multiple statutory deadlines simultaneously Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance Application Question(s): • Current CTC? • Notice period?
