Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. Fire and safety management of entire site 24x7 with regard to Men and material. 2. Weekly testing of fire hydrant, sprinkler, curtain pump and diesel fire engine. 3. Daily round of fire pump room and common area, ensure that water pressure is maintained as per required standard. All FHC, hose boxes & fire extinguisher cylinders checklist should be signed fortnightly. 4. Ensuring proper working and periodic testing of fire alarms. 5. Training and exercise on fire fighting and evacuation drills. 6. Upkeep of records and log books in professional manner. 7. Timely escalation of suggestions/observations to concerned authorities to improve the firefighting system and procedures. 8. Ppm of all firefighting & detection system to be followed to ensure good health & maintenance of all equipment **Preferred candidate profile** The candidate should possess strong knowledge of FMS auditing, be wellversed in NBC norms, and have substantial experience in fire and safety operations
