Job Requirements : • 12-16 years of experience in general manager human resource roles within the engineering & construction industry. • Proven track record in developing effective HR strategies that align with business objectives. • Strong understanding of compensation planning, benefits administration, and labor laws/regulations. • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights from HR metrics.
