Work Experience as payroll positions across several regions, including Egypt, Mexico, Brazil, Latin Americas (Argentina, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama), Spain, France, and the Netherlands /Team Lead Good knowledge local tax & social security tax laws Managing end to end payroll operations, accounting and accruals provisioning Handling all internal and external payroll audit queries and support Prepare Variance analysis, MIS reports, month end, Qtr end reconciliations etc
