Tracking of Project: • Monitoring development activities • Co-ordination with customer • Knowledge of TPL / Prog Tool development • Press Capacity knowledge & future press planning • Knowledge of High tensile & Hot forming Tools Documentation: • APQP review of all projects • Review of PPAP documents • Knowledge of Weld process (comp assly) Audit exposer: • Knowledge of VSA , 12 pillar & IATF audit • Supplier audit with sourcing Improvement: • Budget controlling • RFQ process / yield optimization • VAVE / Process improvement
