We're Hiring: HR Leader Experience - 10yrs to 15 yrs Location - Indore Notice period - 0 to 30 Days Role - We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team in Indore and play a key role in shaping the future growth of our India operations. This is a senior HR leadership role focused on partnering with the business, driving people strategy, and building organizational capability. While there may be some oversight of day-to-day HR activities, the primary focus is on enabling business growth, influencing leadership, and delivering impactful people initiatives. Key Requirements: ✅ Proven experience operating at a strategic HR level and delivering people initiatives aligned with business objectives ✅ Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams across India and globally ✅ Experience working with UK or US-headquartered organizations and navigating global/matrix environments ✅ Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and bring innovative ideas to support business growth ✅ Experience supporting business expansion, organizational development, and change initiatives ✅ Passion for building culture, employee engagement, leadership capability, and talent development ✅ Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills What We're Looking For: Strategic HR Business Partnering experience Leadership coaching and development expertise Organizational design and change management exposure Experience working with cross-functional and international teams Collaborative, hands-on approach with a growth mindset 📍 Location: Indore 💼 Role Type: Senior HR Leadership Role
