**Strategically lead and execute human resources initiatives across the organization fostering a culture** **of talent development, employee engagement and compliance ensuring the organizations human** **capital needs align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Responsible for all Human** **Resource Functions across the company.** **Key Responsibilities** **Key Result Areas Business and HR strategy development:** **1. Contribute to creating and implementing company strategy to ensure** **achievement of envisioned growth as part of company leadership team** **2. Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.** **3. Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee** **engagement and talent retention.** **4. Analyze industry changes, trends, changing business landscape to** **develop HR strategy aligned with company's mission and objectives to** **meet future talent needs** **5. Contribute to brand building by enhancing the employer value proposition** **of the organisation** **Strategic HR projects:** **1. Drive implementation of new ideas, technology and innovation (e.g.leverage mobile technology to improve experience and efficiency) to** **create future readiness to respond to challenges and achieve first mover** **advantage** **2. Analyze various segments of employee population to steer integration,** **enhance employee productivity and encourage desired organizational** **culture** **Capacity modeling and talent acquisition:** **1. Leverage analytics to build capacity models, review manpower** **productivity on a periodic basis and ensure it is at expected target levels / improved YoY** **2. Formulate talent acquisition strategies to attract best talent from within/ outside the industry to meet the growing diverse talent needs of the company** **Talent strategy and performance management:** **1. Create hiring models, assessment models and policy and process for** **strengthening internal job postings to improve current talent management** **processes** **2. Create robust Succession plans for each member of the senior** **management team to ensure business continuity** **3. Identify or design programs to implement to enhance employee skills** **4. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and processes to enhance** **diversity, equity and inclusion in the organisation.** **Improve HR efficiency and effectiveness:** **1. Adopting enterprise-wide HR tools to suit future needs and transform HR** **processes by leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance** **efficiency and improve employee experience** **2. Monitor HR analytics and analyze effectiveness of HR procedures and tools to make critical decisions related to workforce planning, rewards,** **productivity and performance and mitigate future HR threats** **Managerial Responsibilities** **1. Guide development of project plans, allocate accountabilities and monitor** **teams performance to ensure implementation of long-term strategic HR** **projects** **2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring acquisition of top tier** **talent** **3. Provide strategic guidance in prioritizing & implementing strategic** **projects and resolve issues/escalations from team/business to ensure** **quality of delivery, adherence to timelines and proactive course** **correction.** **4. Drive interventions to identify and build a healthy leadership pipeline for** **critical business roles (current / future)** **5. Identify key strategic themes for leadership building based on business** **needs, and plan strategic interventions via continuous learning, coaching,** **recommending rotations for on-the-job experience / learning** **6. Provide guidance in design of performance management and rewards** **policy/ processes to ensure they are designed to drive high performance-** **oriented culture** **7. Present the analysis of current performance and overview of future** **strategy in quarterly shareholders review** **8. Interact with board and shareholders on strategic aspects, leadership** **development and deciding group level policy guidelines** **Page 3 of 1** **9. Review HR compliance related reports and respond to audit queries by** **auditors / regulators to ensure compliance** **11. Review action plans with team to ensure any gaps are addressed** **proactively to ensure no material exposure of company due to any HR** **compliance lapse** **Job Requirements** **Qualifications** **1. MBA / Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field** **2. Preferred Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration** **or a related field** **Experience** **1. 10+ TO 15+ years experience in the Human Resource field** **2. At least 8 years of experience leading and managing a team** **3. Experience in driving cultural change and fostering** **4.
