**Role Summary** We are seeking a **Sr. Technical Manager** with strong experience in **Data & Analytics** to lead end-to-end project delivery while providing hands-on technical guidance to the team. The role requires active involvement across all phases of the SDLC, strong client-facing skills, and ownership of delivery governance, commercial tracking, and team performance. **Key Responsibilities** **Delivery & Technical Leadership** - Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects covering Data, Reporting, and AI initiatives. - Actively participate in all phases of the SDLC requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Provide hands-on technical guidance to teams on SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Python, and AI-based solutions. - Review solution designs, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive technical quality. **Client & Stakeholder Management** - Act as the **Single Point of Contact (SPOC)** for client engagements. - Lead and conduct **governance meetings** with clients, including weekly and monthly reviews. - Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations in a structured and proactive manner. **Commercial & Governance Ownership** - Own **effort tracking**, utilization, revenue tracking, and profitability for assigned accounts. - Ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of project metrics. - Drive compliance with delivery governance, processes, and agreed quality benchmarks. **Team Management** - Mentor and guide project teams, including technical leads and developers. - Support task planning, allocation, and performance management. - Ensure continuity through knowledge sharing and backup planning. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong expertise in **SQL, Data Analysis, SSRS, MS Power BI** - Working knowledge of **Python** and **AI / Analytics solutions** - Proven experience in **project / delivery management** for data-driven programs - Excellent client communication and governance management skills **Desired Profile** - Based in **Mumbai** - 15+ years of relevant experience - Strong balance of **technical depth and managerial leadership** - Experience in client-facing roles within enterprise or BFSI environments is preferred
