Job description

Role & responsibilities • Handle manpower planning and recruitment for plant positions. • Manage joining formalities, induction, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives on the shop floor. • Coordinate training and skill development programs. • Support PMS, goal setting, and performance review processes. • Manage attendance data, shift manpower tracking, and HR MIS. • Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations. • Conduct skip-level meetings, feedback sessions, and employee counseling. • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives. • Ensure HR policy implementation and adherence across the plant. Preferred candidate profile • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent qualification. • 3-5 years of experience in Plant HR within Automotive/Auto Components/Manufacturing industry. • Exposure to manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. • Experience in coordinating training and development initiatives. • Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools. • Ability to work closely with production and functional teams in a manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Candidates from automotive manufacturing organizations will be preferred.
