Job description

• Process employee PF enrollment, exits, and transfers. • Prepare and submit monthly PF returns and contributions. • Reconcile PF accounts and resolve discrepancies. • Monitor UAN generation, KYC updates, and member services. • Prepare reports for audits and statutory inspections. • Keep record of Transfer, Settlement, NRW and other • Support employees in online EPFO services and claim submissions. • Respond to employee queries regarding PF balance, transfers, withdrawals, and pension benefits. • Keep updated with changes in PF, pension, and labor laws.
