Key Responsibilities: • Over 15 yrs of experience in ESG HSE and Supplier Vendor Audit and Compliance preferably from IT • industry with expertise in handling teams of various expertise • Develop and Implement Audit Strategies and integrated large program audits for ESG HSE • Ensure audit strategies address critical areas and emerging risks in the Supply Chain ESG and HSE • landscape • Plan lead and execute Group Level Supplier audits ESG audits Location level integrated HSE audits • Functional audits • Establish audit criteria plan and conduct periodic audits for various categories of Suppliers • Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies • Identify business risks and areas for improvement • Collaborate with ESG PMO HSE Corp and BEF Heads and teams and perform risk based audits aligned • with organizational objectives goals and ESG ambitions • Provide guidance and training to junior auditors fostering skill development and adherence to audit • methodologies • Conduct co audits and review audit findings to ensure consistency and quality • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings risks and recommendations • Present audit results to senior management and stakeholders • Facilitate discussions on audit outcomes and improvement initiatives • Provide risk summary to various levels of senior management and Management Reviews and risk forums • Conduct gaps analysis for new standards enable organization in establishing and implementing policies • and processes as per requirements • Carry out site readiness and facilitate scope inclusion of new centers to QMS HSE standards • Lead large external certification programs • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards especially good SME knowledge on Labor social • compliance Statutory and regulatory requirements • Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize audit processes • Maintain comprehensive records of audit activities and outcomes • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness Additional Responsibilities: • Requires extensive expertise on Microsoft Office • Sound operating knowledge with AI tools Power BI tableau Claude Fabric etc • Ability to assess and evaluate data processes and results to identify issues • Clearly communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant teams • Keep accurate and detailed records of audits results and corrective actions • Good presentation skills and problem solving ability • Able to work with cross cultural teams management team senior team members time management and • sticks to deadlines Preferred Skills: Domain->Energy Oil & Gas - HSE->Health Safety & Environment,Domain->Sustainability->ESG,Domain->Supply Chain Management->Supply Chain Collaboration,Domain->Information Security->Governance Risk and Compliance, Audits , Workflow
