**Role & responsibilities** We are seeking a dynamic and energetic HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including campus placement drives, bulk hiring, and lateral hiring. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and willingness to travel for college recruitment drives. **Key Responsibilities** **Talent Acquisition** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring and lateral positions - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth selection process - Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment MIS reports **Campus Hiring** - Plan and execute college placement drives across various institutions - Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells and training & placement officers - Conduct pre-placement talks (PPTs) and employer branding activities - Coordinate assessment tests, group discussions, and interviews during campus drives - Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates **Bulk Hiring** - Handle high-volume recruitment requirements within tight timelines - Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract large candidate pools - Coordinate with operations/business teams for manpower planning **Lateral Hiring** - Source experienced professionals through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal referrals - Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate fitment - Negotiate offers and manage candidate joining process **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to travel for campus drives and recruitment events - Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously **Preferred candidate profile**
