Shadowfax is committed to building the future of commerce movement in India through technology, intelligent automation, sustainable mobility, and continuous improvement. **Role Description** The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and performance optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with managers to address people-related challenges, drive engagement initiatives, and support change management and organizational development efforts. The role also involves analyzing HR data, recommending improvements to HR processes, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience translating HR practices into effective business solutions. - Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace. - Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate people-related risks. - Hands-on experience with Performance Management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage. - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or logistics/technology-driven environment. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using HR systems and data to support decision-making. - Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, with flexibility to support operational needs and business priorities.
